There was a little delay in shipping, but the package was well packed and it's exactly like advertised. Would certainly use this seller again.
Firstly, this is a strictly dual-core CPU with no hyperthreading, but this is a fast dual-core CPU that you can overclock.
The processor, before overclocking, is good on it's own. It is low power-consumption and has good instructions per-clock. This is a great CPU for mini-itx builds or HTPC's and a stock Intel CPU cooler is more than enough and will stay quiet.
This CPU will run some AAA games--you'll need to research what games have issues with only two cores/two threads. Many games really don't need core/thread count, but certain games have reported issues.
If you have a socket 1150 motherboard and are looking for a budget ~$40-50 CPU to play games on, I'd advise a Haswell-generation Pentium, like this one, over an FX series AMD processor.
HOWEVER
If you haven't purchased a motherboard, yet, I'd advise purchasing an Ivy-Bridge i5 - something like an i5 3470 for about $10-$15 more. This is a true quad core with similar IPC performance that doesn't warrant the worry of dual-core issues in modern games.
