What I was looking for

I have been looking for one. Our train club uses the same model, while it is not the latest version of this product the price and features fit in with my layout. I had an older version of the Train Engineer that was starting to become unreliable.

Kurt knokoff

It seems to be a knoff of a Kurt vise which I've used in the past. The quality is good and the price is a lot better.
