A bit shaky, but good overall value
1 of 1 found this helpful The Body Rider BRD2000 Elliptical Dual Trainer gives a good workout but is definitely not a fitness club quality machine. The moving hand grip bars with knob tightening adjustment frequently become loose during a workout. Although it is lightweight and fairly compact the trade off is that it rocks side to side when in use rather than remaining perfectly stable/level on the floor (at least when on a carpeted floor such as in my case). All things considered I am happy with my purchase considering how affordable it is compared to the high end machines.

Great diversity of projects possible
Lego Mindstorm creations are limited only by imagination (and plastic parts to be honest). Kids and adults who love hands on construction and programming will surely love the NXT brick and associated Lego building blocks, gears and connectors.
