Takes a little extra effort for windows 10 but it works well.
The drivers on the disk will not install for windows 10. You have to manually install them through device manager. Once that's out of the way it works like a charm. Used four 360 controllers with Project 64 emulator with no issues.

You can never go wrong with Digitrax
A quality product that gets the job done at a fair price. If you are looking for a simple decoder with only motor and light functions this little guy does the job well. I've used many of them.

A great value
Kinect mount
was cheap, shipped from the U.S. and functions very well. Overall it was a great deal and I do not regret purchasing it.
