Does what I wanted

This one does and that's what I wanted.

Workhorse
Wish it cost a little less but I wanted the same style as the two others I have. These are made to last forever and probably will.

Works with some work.
I 3D printed a housing for the second axle and ball bearings but found the wheels don't turn true although almost round. I put a depression in one wheel to let the wire run in and it looks like I was drunk when making it, the groove sways so far left and back to the right to stay in the middle.
I also made a guide to feed the wire to the groove. It works pretty well now but not without some work.
