Only a month or so of use and I hate it

Product has given me several issues straight out of the box. Causes computer audio to flicker on and off at random. Causes videos to buffer at random. Causes browser window to disappear. Use of express keys randomly changes what tool I was using. All of this combined has given me so much stress and anger. And they tell me I can't return it despite buying it straight from the manufacturer? Give me a break. Get a Wacom the price is higher but their products have never given me any issues like this has.
