USB 3.0 TO SATA IDE Adapter Cable for DVD-RW CD Hard Drive DVD-ROM

Make sure you have 11.3mm between IDE 5.25" and power connectors.

Electrically it works great. Physically, the dimensions do not facilitate connectivity to any of the 5.25" IDE devices i own. these are CD and DVD drives. requires 11.3mm minimum distance between IDS and power connectors. i was able to make it work by removing the case and using a power cable extention with a shorter connector. see photos.
