  This is the second time that this seller has not “shipped” a reading. It is an electronic response, so there is actually no physical shipping. The item description says “same day reading”. The first time, the seller did not “ship” & ignored texts, UNTIL eBay cancelled the order. Then the seller texted with an apology, saying they had been sick for two weeks. OK. So I ordered another reading the next day. Same problem. No “shipping” of my reading and again, ignoring text. So… another refund.
