Excellent product
I have used Biosil liquid daily for apx 10 yrs and wouldn't be without it. My hair is fuller and stronger, my skin looks much younger than my chronological years and my nails grow in stronger.......that says a lot because I have weak nails.

Biosil Liquid - Fabulous product
I've been using Biosil liquid for at least 15 years every morning.....it's a fabulous product and does exactly what it claims to do. The liquid is absorbed in the body quicker than the caps.

Iron deficiency
I must take an iron supplement daily and have used Solgar's Chelated iron since the product was developed......suffice it to say I've been taking it for decades. I don't have any side effects but every body reacts differently, so I can only speak for myself. As far as quality, Solgar is an excellent brand. I used their various vitamins and minerals for many years.
