  Seller didn’t include hardware as advertised. When asked they said it wasn’t included when I purchased (it was written in the description as included), but he’d send anyway. Received 6 weeks later after original purchase and is missing half the bolts and all of the nuts.

  Buyer ordered the product before hardware was offered with it, as he acknowledged in our previous conversation. I sent a full set of hardware as a courtesy as soon as I had it back in stock. No communication about missing hardware was made.
