Works and looks great.
The wheels fit perfect in my micro-trains 003 02 032 roller bearing trucks.

Enjoyed putting this together!
It is already weathered with what looks like a black india ink wash. Some of the parts were a bit of a challenge to get square, but it wasn’t much if a problem. I recommend really making sure you understand the instructions and the parts before starting, and definitely do not cut parts until you need them as the part numbers are only in the instructions part diagram.
Now if I could just figure which floor the saw goes on and how the timber moves threw the building so i can model the log location and the board locations that would be great. All the prototype sawmills i could find have the timber come in on one end and go out the other, but the other end doesn’t have an opening.

Didn’t work out of the box
I installed the decoder per instructions it did not work. I took everything apart and double checked it all. Reassembled it and it still does not work. There is no short and voltage is getting to the decoder properly however the decoder will not acknowledge the JMRI software. I double checked using a different engine with a different decoder and the different decoder acknowledged the JMRI software immediately. Now i have to send this decoder to JMRI with $11 dollars to have warranty service done. This is the last MRC decoder I’m purchasing, even if MRC provides a decoder that works. It’s too much trouble. Other decoders I’ve installed work the first time.
Update. I’m increasing this rating to 3. I was able to get the decoder to work by inserting the very tip of an exacto knife where the engine contacts meet the contacts on the decoder. It is working for most functions. However, i have not been able to get the decoder to make the locomotive respond to the 28 step velocity table. The speaker is not very loud. I can barely hear the horn or bell over the wheel sounds on the track and the electric engines when the train is moving. Sound is at level 3 the highest available. I did have to grind the back of the frame of the Atlas B23-7 to make room for the speaker, which MRC started might be needed in the documentation. By comparison, the paragon 3 decoder and speakers (no subwoofer) on another engine is so loud I have to set it to 60%.
