Not for the early Cinema displays!
3 of 3 found this helpful This adapter does not fit the Apple Cinema Displays 20-23". I was not able to try it out. But the quality of the adapter is nice and probably works great for any later iMacs or Thunderbolt Display.

If you believe this is ready to use straight from the box, you're wrong.
They have a good finish, but that's it. When it comes to threading it's a disaster. It suppose to be 15mm diameter rods ( inaccuracy might exist). 15mm rods usually works with M12 threading but it seems that inaccuracy also exists even here. Some M12 screws works all the way in, some only half way and others don't work at all. With a price slightly under the index for rods without any accessories, this was a mistake. You'll need threading tools to correct the threading on these, adding at least 10 GBP to make the item work properly.
