Poor design limits usefulness of otherwise "neat" phone
This is a very compact phone with a number of features built in like a camera with digital zoom, your typical text messaging and AIM, and speakerphone and vibrate alert. The phone works OK and is nice and small. However, design problems make using it less than easy. Pros: Small, lightweight, decent reception and battery life. Lots of features in a small package. Cons: Small, slippery keys are very difficult to use without dialing mistakes. The 5 way button is hard to get to work correctly. Poor seal on the case allows pocket dust to accumulate inside the phone and it gets on the inside of the LCD screen cover, making it hard to view in direct light. You're locked in with T-mobile's messaging or "t-zones" stuff if you want to email or download any of the photos you take with the camera. No easy way to download additional ringtones except by paying T-mobile a fee. No PC or other device connectivity. Nearly impossible to open case without damaging it or your fingernails to access SIM card and battery. Conclusion: Not recommended, unless you have child size fingers and don't plan to carry it in a pocket.

Just okay unless you get them really cheap
I'm really glad I didn't pay anywhere near MSRP for these. At that price, they'd be a ripoff. At the price I paid ($29.99), they're okay - maybe good? Summary: don't expect much. If you see these for less than 30 bucks it could be a decent to good value depending on the discount, but you're making some definite tradeoffs. Pros: They are lightweight and the fit and finish of the earbuds and the case are pretty decent. The battery life seems reasonably similar to the advertised battery life. The sound quality is as much as I expected for the price paid. They stay in my ears as well as any other earbuds I have tried. Meh: The noise cancelling is not very good. It does OK in some situations but not others. I can use them to block out the sounds of computer cooling fans, but it does a terrible job with a bathroom exhaust fan. I wasn't expecting to block out all kinds of noise, but it was disappointing to find the performance so variable with different sources of steady white noise. Cons: Tried pairing them with two devices, and it was unworkable. Lots of random disconnects from the second device (laptop), while sitting two feet away. Distracting connection/disconnection noises while wearing in addition to not having a reliable connection to jump into a zoom call. Also, the noise cancelling settings don't persist (or at least don't work correctly) after stowing the earbuds in the charging case. I can fix that by going into the management app and switching the modes while wearing the earbuds, but that's a pain.
