Seems to work ok no dropouts.
Works ok was not very hard to setup,replaced a old N600 unit that decided to drop out regularly as of late. New unit don't seem much or any faster than old one though just hope it lasts me good while.

Great investment
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this because of great reviews of Ken Rockwell and others saying this lens is your best investment for small $$. Man they are right cant believe the nice photos,portraits,general pictures this little thing can take!!
It is so small and light and a simple pleasure to use you will love it too.
If I lost mine today I would buy another one. Best bang for your buck I think.

New features puts it above my S95.
Picked up a used mint s100 to replace my s95. It handles much better with rubber front grip and more sandpaper like finish,more zoom it is a keeper. Picture quality is ALMOST identical but give a slight edge to the s95 vs the new comos sensor...but its been documented and expected but difference is not noticeable unless like myself you have both to compare.
But new feature far outweigh that,and now my s95 lives on my shelf.
