No more nightly cramps
I have been using this leg/foot cramp medicine for about 1 month, and I do not get cramps at night
like I use to. In fact, since using this, I have only had two minor cramps that I can recall, nothing like the "jump out of bed" type cramps I was getting. So I do recommend you give it a try.

Symphony by Sarah Brightman
Although a big fan of Brightman's, it took a few times listening to the CD to fully appreciate it and her "guest singers". I like the opening song and also the way they did Phantom. I have almost all of her CD's and this one is right up there. No matter what song, Sarah can just make it her own. Her voice is a strong as ever and when she holds a note for a long time, it is just a thrill. This is a very enjoyable CD and one that you should have in your collection.

Great seat, easy on/off
It is easy to install, and the ability of being able to take it off with no problem when it is not needed is a plus .Getting ready for knee replacement, and this will be a big help.
