Classic Tumi Suit Bag
Good, old-fashioned suit bag with all the Tumi tricks and trimming she. Love it!

Excellent solution, but short-lived
We've had several of these, through different iPad models, and still have three active. The keyboard is large and easy to use, with well-spaced keys and enough stroke depth to enable heads-up typing. The case is robust, and protects the device easily (we've had a couple of 4' to 5' drops, with minor damage to the case only), folds up for transportation easily, and the Bluetooth pairing is reliable and robust.
Gradually, though, the case wears out. The gooey little pads on the magnets that hold it closed are the first thing to go, followed by the same material that lines the rearmost edge of the keyboard proper. Eventually, the soft hinge that attaches the upper part, which contains the iPad, starts to deteriorate. We've not encountered battery life decay sufficient to be worthy of mention, and the keys on the board itself appear pretty bulletproof.
For someone who upgrades every year, this solution will work wonderfully, and the functionality is the best we've experienced. We're almost into our fourth year with first generation iPad Airs (sorry, Apple!), as well as a semi-retired iPad 2 used for home automation in our guest suite, and have replaced both mainline cases one time each, recently. I have no regrets, and examining reviews for other such devices offered me no encouragement to try something different.
