Worst gaming laptop out there!!!!
2 of 2 found this helpful Badly designed. The internals are engineered to make it as hard to work on as anything out there. You can only replace the SSD and RAM. The keyboard and touchpad are permanently riveted in with melted plastic, NOT replaceable. The screen is held in by GLUE.... not screws. The battery connector tears from the motherboard before the connector (too strong of a connection) pops off, so if you want to replace your battery, you will most likely ruin your motherboard. I have disassembled literally hundreds of laptops.... and this one is among the worst. I also hear of MOST of their ROG line having overheat issues and consequently, slow performance. In this model they tried to correct it by applying 4 lbs of thermal paste under the heatsink. Asus can do better.... but until they do AVOID this model series and get some other brand of gaming laptop.
