  Item purchased June 17, paid via paypal immediately . Seller was contacted numerous times about shipping, seller never replied or shipped. Seller promised refund, never made any effort to comply. Complaint filed with Ebay, no activiity by seller ocurred. Ebay recovered funds from Paypal and refunded me July 7. Avoid this "waste of time scam" seller. Should be barred from Ebay.
