  I ordered this item to be delivered to a different address from mine but when it arrived it was not the right yarn. I contacted the seller and the matter was resolved quickly resulting in the correct yarn being received a few days later and a prepaid posting label was provided for the incorrect yarn to be returned. I would be happy to use this seller again.

  Firstly, I loved the listing. It was very easy to find the colour number I required and add it to my basket. Sounds trivial but so many listings do not put the numbers in numerical order! An email from Royal Mail informed me of when the parcel would be delivered and it arrived as expected, well packed and with all items correct. Very happy. Will use this seller again as the prices and postage costs are very fair.

  **Please be aware** Unfortunately, this is not sparkly iridescent aida, as stated on the Sellers description. It doesn't state this on packaging either (see 3rd photo below, of what it should say) I have suggested that the Seller updates their description. I hope this feedback assists others?. It was delivered promptly and well packaged and the Seller did discuss this issue with me. However, apart from returning the item and paying for postage to do this, there is no quick fix.
