Having issues
1 of 3 found this helpful When it was reset it was not all cleaned out so it's still asking for all the old information and won't let me factory hard reset it I'm not sure what else to do with it it's now set in my name and can't even use it all my information was switched to that phone and it won't let me do anything but say not ur account must have the old account
