  this seller haphazardly packaged my order, a vinyl record LP, and it got seriously damaged in transit. instead of just offering a partial refund or return for full refund, I got a sorry excuse. dude, no one wants to hear an excuse. if you don't have a policy yet on how to ensure your buyers are happy, maybe you should put some thought into that instead of asking me what you "should do". never sell another LP, that's what I think you should do.
