Used H&R block software for years .. don't like that the CHAT is harder to use now ..but it's Ok
H&R block software is easy to use .. they have changed the CHAT..option ..Used to be you just click on chat & ask your question ..NOW you have to open in a separate browser & leave the process of doing your tax return ..ask question ..then GO BACK to filling in return .. not as convenient
