Mad Hippie Skin Care - Vitamin C Serum - 30 ml
Oct 20, 2016
Magic in a bottle
I don't know what kind of miraculous liquid they put in here, but it performs some seriously amazing feats. I've only been using it for about two weeks, but my skin has become smoother than ever. The closed comedones that stubbornly stay on my face no matter what I do started coming up to the surface and clearing up. My skin tone has started to even out a bit as well. The texture of my skin is so smooth now, and I has to stop myself from touching it all the time. The serum is fragrance-free, but there is a slight natural scent. You have to put it up to your nose to actually be able to smell it though, and it's nonexistent once you put it on your face. The serum is water-light. It sinks into your skin immediately and leaves no residue, film, tackiness, or greasiness on your face. In addition, the formula is very gentle. My skin is moderately sensitive, but I didn't have any negative reaction to it at all. I haven't have the bottle long enough to comment on the stability, which is a concern regarding vitamin C serums. However, the ingredient list has sodium ascorbyl phosphate as the vitamin C derivative, which is relatively stable. At least, it's more stable than ascorbic acid, or pure vitamin C. To sum it up, if you are looking for a vitamin C serum that's gentle, effective, and has relatively long shelf life after opening, I definitely recommend you to try this Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum.

Pretty good book
First I've got to say that I'm neither a fan nor a hater of the Twilight series. I've read them, thought they're pretty good, and then moved on. To be honest, I bought the book just to check it out and to keep it as a colector's item (I like collecting things, and I already have the entire series) without having much expectation of it, since I read the books and therefore already know what will happen. And while that is true - the storyline is exactly the same as the book - the art is another matter entirely. Drawn in the realistic Western style, Kim Young's undeniably Asian touch gives the drawings an exotic look about them - true-to-life yet soft and graceful, unlike most American comics (i.e. Marvels). I must say that the art is the best part of my reading experience. The movie might have botched the characters' images in some of our heads, but you would never be able to say the same for these characters in the comics. Some panels (Bella's dream, for instance) even employed CGI to produce a dream-like quality to them. The book itself, too, is high quality. The inside pages are magazine-smooth, protected by the hard cover and book jacket. Together, they create a beautiful thing. The only complaint (sort of) that I have is that the book ends at the meadow's scene. This make sense, since the original book itself is pretty long, and this is only Vol. 1. But I still kinda wish that it wouldn't have to drag out like that. Overall, for the fans, the collectors, and the readers who want to try their eyes at something new and fresh, this is a must-have!!!

Nice Movie
Like every movies that are based on an anime, the theme is quite similar to the main series. The plot is predictable, but the characterization is quite good, though I didn't like the OCs, but that's just my personal opinion. Overall, I guess this movie is comparable to the Bount arc, only the victim is different here. Some might like it; some might not.
