  As described! Appreciated that they listed in the description that it was missing the back carry clip, and provided info on how to obtain one from company.   Item shipped quickly and arrived before I expected it for a good price. Upon unboxing, there were several dirty spots around the waistband. When I contacted the seller, they were quick to respond, but said it was likely from shipping, however, it was sealed in ziplock bags. For such an expensive carrier advertised as new, I would expect it to arrive in new condition. Sellers only resolution was telling me to return, but I love the quality of the carrier and didn’t want to pay return fees.

  I would like to clarify that you sent a photo of one "dirty spot" that was smaller than a pencil eraser, which could have been attributed to either shipping/storage and would be easily wiped off. Before you complained about it being "dirty," you complained about the normal variations in the fabric and tried to tell me it was defective. All this after returning the first one you bought because you "just didn't like it". I was still willing to accept a return after all that.
