A terrible experience

Tape case compartment is incomplete and is isn’t working as it should. It wasn’t closing as it should. Consequently I couldn’t get to play my minidv tapes. One of my tapes got damaged inside the compartment. It was a terrible experience. This has never happened before since I have been buying on eBay.
