Sized true
This is a very good quality cover. It looks like it will last awhile. The size is true the the sizing chart. I was worried it might be tight and hard to get over the tire. It is perfect and I think I can go up one tire size one day and still have it fit.

My set of wrenches did not come with an 18mm in it. And over the years I have not run into a lot of 18mm headed bolts. If I did I could always use a socket on them. I now have to deal with metric hydraulic lines so I bought this wrench. Armstrong seems to be a pretty good quality tools. This is the first black oxide finish wrench I have owned. It actually is much less slippery when oily. I would certainly buy more like this.

Wrong size
This is going to be my first bad review. The ends are the wrong size. The open end is actually 31mm and the boxed in will not fit the 30mm head of a bolt. I think it is probably 29mm or so. I don't know how to measure a 12 sided tool. I think they just put this wrench in the wrong sized dies when they made it.
