love antiques but especially antique books and toys. I do like toys from the 1960s on up and love the early 3 star wars movies . Like some science fiction, comic books, lifelong collector, as is husband. He colllects EVERYTHING.

Loved the book. Reading conroy is sheer poetry and he never fails to amaze me with his wonderful prose and the vividness of his characters and the oliver twist surprises. Hope we dont have to wait as long or the next one. I sat up half the night reading this one.His best yet1!!!!!!!!1

Dead End gene pool by wendy Burden
The world of the super rich seems to have little human value. apparently, money really isnt everything. I found the writing devoid of life as the life of the author.In some strange way, I dont think they value things they haven't really had to work for. Inherited money cant buy happiness or good relationships.These must be earned and to do that you must have character and values, neither of which were evident here.I bought the book after reading a newspaper review and I wanted to see how the rich live. If I knew then what a waste of money it was, I would not have bought it.
