Oem part and quality as expected but make sure you order the correct quantity.

Part is fine but description is confusing. You actually need a quantity of 4 to do both sides of an F150 as each exhaust manifold takes 2 gaskets. I didn't realize this as the pictures shows 2 gaskets and had to order 2 more sets.
