Takes more than 4 hours to charge
3 of 3 found this helpful It worked for about a month and after than it takes forever to charge my Note 9, sometimes it took more than 4 hours, starting at 20% battery capacity. I thought there was something wrong with the outlet I was using so I switched to multiple outlets and had the same problem. I used my old charger and USB charging cable, which is not as stiff as the USB cable that came with this purchase and phone charged up in less than 1 hour 24 minutes.

Poor quality and half of the pens did not work no matter how hard I squeeze the tubes
1 of 1 found this helpful The tubes containing the polish packaging are of poor quality. The threads on the plastic bottles are not consistent. On 3 of the bottles, the top would not screw on properly. It was hard to pull cap off on the pen and no instructions included, finally with all my might, I managed to pull off the caps off on 6 of them. Still unable to pull the cap on the gold glitter tube.
Of the 11 tubes I was able to remove, there is no ink coming through on 5 of the pens no matter how hard I squeeze. The other 6 had ink coming out but not consistently as the polish was coming out very much like glue, I think these are very old stock or mere poor quality control. I think due to the inability to fully tighten the caps, the polish contents are very thick, very hard to work with.. I bought these mainly for the pen function so I am very disappointed
