Charging Dock

You basically plug in the port cord to the charging port, and there is a loose connection and it charges intermittently, most the time it doesn't charge at all. If you move it around the light will come on, but then it goes off again because of a bad connection.
This is a design flaw by Dell, I realize it's not the sellers problem; however, I have had three of these keyboards and they have all done the same thing !
It makes it impossible to get the keyboard a full charge, It does not allow for a full charge on the laptop.
Without charging the keyboard you get approximately three hours of use
