Simple and useful
The protector does what it designed for. It simply protects the fragile flash bulb. I recommend that you use it always to cover the bare bulb when not in use.

A waste of money!
Poor build quality and poor cutting ability. Don't worth the half of it.

Easy to use
This Godox 120cm 48" octagon umbrella is from the reflective type. There is an opening on one of the sides so the flash mounts from the inside and not from the rear. It is well balanced on the light stand. The downside to this kind of mount is that you cannot use a straight light stand and will need an articulated arm for it.
