Good Quality, Needs Customizing.
The Telex PEM-77 earpiece needs a custom made earpiece to be used. I am waiting for mine to be completed by the local hearing aid clinic.

Required Reading for Junior Officers, and Some Senior Officers, Too!
"Company Commander" by Charles MacDonald is one of the best small unit histories ever written.
Captain MacDonald writes about his time as a infantry officer in Italy and Northwestern Europe during WW2. MacDonald is truthful and pulls no punches. He admits his mistakes and learned from them. He describes in detail the harsh conditions in which he and his Soldiers fought and what it took to be a combat officers in WW2.
This should be required reading in Officer Basic Course and Staff Officer Courses because Staff Officers forget who they work for.
