Never got a reply. Accidents do happen, would have appreciated the opportunity to try to make it right.

Noisy but effective
Works well, but noisy when using on the ear. Good value.

"Genuine?"
Battery seems to be fine, but after opening box battery therein is not labelled "Mighty Mule," it's another brand that you could probably buy for less. Works fine, but save yourself the price premium for a "Genuine" box and buy an unbranded aftermarket battery with the same or better specs.
