Difficult to get up and work and no way to actually troubleshoot

This product does not work as advertised. It also has no way of troubleshooting way. You turn it on and hope it connects to t-mobile and creates a mobile cell hotspot. If it does not work you have to call T-Mobile and try to connect with someone there who may be able to help. So far it's been a no go. You look at blinking lights but they really tell you nothing but it's not working.
