HSTNS-PL11 Powered up and working well

Appears to work well, price reasonable. Photo attached shows how I powered it up. A 21K resistor between pins 36 & 37 as well as pin 33 to ground. Please don't judge my quick solder and poor choice of wires, I was impatient.
