Good virus protection
I have been using McAfee Antivirus for at least 3 years and overall, I am pleased with the protection. It is fairly noninvasive and doesn't seem to clog up the memory like some of the total protection products can. I was somewhat disappointed with this product after I installed it. Started getting popups to purchase the product for next year NOW and get protection for my tablet for $5 more. I think this is invasive and would have much preferred to get an email. These did seem to stop after about a week or two. Did have to go to the website and use the McAfee Virtual Technician which did fix my issue (wasn't updating the definitions)...easier than a phone call although they have always been very helpful when I have called (last year I didn't remove McAfee first...let the new program remove and it did a lousy job so had to call and the tech did fix the issue....said to always remove old first....directions that come with the product say you don't have to, but I will always do it now).
