  Seller did not ship until two weeks after the estimated delivery date/when it was supposed to arrive. The item was new as described. However, it was a gift and did not arrive on time. Seller refused to communicate, I tried on two different occasions. I had to open a case and connect with eBay. Customer service in order to get help with the items arrival/shipping. I will not buy from the seller again, if I could give no stars I would. Horrible communication and no sense of urgency to ship.

  Product was listed as open box but brand new. I verified with the seller that it came with all the accessories. The computer fans I received were not only not the advertised ones, but were caked in crumbs and dust, clearly had been used for years. The product also didn't include any of the accessories that the correct fans should have come with. Seller asked me how much of a refund I wanted back, I initiated the return process through eBay.
