Fabulous Santoku!
heavier and stronger than my Mac Santoku. Smaller and more nimble than a full size chef's knife but does most of the same jobs faster. Hollow ground, very sharp, touch up with a steel is all that's needed. Beautiful finish, real quality!

Best on the market
Perfect white rice, brown rice, sushi rice and oatmeal. Timer delay has it ready when you want it and keeps it warm til you need it and goes from “keep warm” to “reheat” if needed. Beats my Aroma 9 ways to Sunday.
