I think the product itself is fine, it's...
I think the product itself is fine, it's Alexa that gets flaky at times. Sound level of Alexa voice sometimes drops off to very low levels without warning or cuts start of messages off. Compared to the Echo Dot that this unit replaced, though, sound quality is at least as good as most Bluetooth speakers and better than some.
The interface isn't the best or the most intuitive but it's OK. As usual, Alexa Skills are hit and miss but again, that's not the unit's fault.

Wire, it is.
It's wire and it connects stuff. That's it really. It works, is as shown in the photo and turned up promptly.

Save a bundle on using cable internet suppliers equipment
Great value, beats the heck out of having to pay Comcast for their equipment. Easy to install, simple instructions, done in a few minutes.
