Had to return it, haven't back from the seller yet
1 of 2 found this helpful Right out of the box, the vacuum had problems. Although it was refurbished, it was promised to work as if new. It would not charge directly from the cord, which was one of the options instead of charging it from the base. The Neato is supposed to map-out the room, but it just randomly vacuumed, sometimes over the same areas again and again. It would insist the something was in its path, or the brush was stuck, when neither of those things was the case. For these reasons, the vacuum had to be baby-sat and so there was no point in programming it to vacuum when I wasn't home because it would get hung up on some weird glitch. I contacted the selled who asked me to contact Neato, but none of their fixes worked, so the seller offered me the option of returning it, which I did last week. I have not heard from the seller that they have accepted the return.
