Great refurbed item
Product works as advertised. No issues setting it up.

1 of 1 found this helpful I got this refurbished model to save money. Looked brand new out of the box. I used it at a client's job and it runs too hot. So hot you have to stop and let it cool down which of course wastes time when you're on a client job and time is money.

Refurb comes with issues
1 of 1 found this helpful I had a 'new' version of this gps but was stolen out of my car (it was hidden). I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I figured I'd get a 'refurb' type. I do like the big screen but this item has some issues. First, the volume is at it's highest yet, I can barely hear the 'voice' giving directions. I've tried to figure out the cause but to no avail. Second, there is some 'lag' with this when giving directions or looking at the map. There have been a few times where it was so slow, I missed a turn. I did purchase the optional 'backup' camera for this gps from a different vendor and i do like it thought it too, lags when in reverse but otherwise it's fine.
