  sandals were placed in plastic bag which was huck, seller did not answer questions for a whole day, saw the no refund, but MOST courteous Ebay sellers use those words, but since I had explained my situation about brand shoes and their size differences I thought this seller had a heart, but sadly was wrong....I won't EVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN...THESE VIONICS ARE SO UNCOMFORTABLE, I' do better without shoes/sandals...SO LONG MISERABLE SELLER!!!

  I'm sorry she was so upset. She asked me what size, I said 8 (it was also in the description). I have sold many Vionic Size 8 sandals and NEVER had an issue with the size. I couldn't answer for a day as I was very sick. I have been buying and selling on ebay for 15+ years and have never had this kind of response. If something says "no returns" and it doesn't fit right or I don't like it, I just list it and sell it. I don't think it was necessary to call me a name.
