Avoid this product. Very poor quality.
Not the sellers fault, but the tool fell apart on the first use. The pins holding it together were only loosely pressed in and didn’t have a retainer clip. Probably a cheap Chinese knockoff of a brand name. It wasn’t worth the hassle of sending back, so I purchased a brand name product with good reviews on YouTube. Yes, I did have to pay twice as much for the brand name , but worth it.

Plug and play. Simple.
Plug and play without issue. The wiring already existed for work-standard-eco modes on my 2019 Defender HD8. Just cut out the slot in the dash, pull wiring thru and plug in. Then insert micro switch into the dash. Literally less than 15 minutes. I use work mode mostly as it seems to alleviate surging at low speeds.
