I am grateful that this item was available at a great price, but the packing should better than just a thin plastic bag with no padding or inner wrapp
I am grateful that this item was available at a great price, but the packing should better than just a thin plastic bag with no padding or inner wrapping. The package (containing two hardcover books) got shoved into my mailbox and the plastic was torn and a corner of one book was scuffed and another corner was crushed. Please package large/heavy books more securely.

Buying more...
We first bought a couple of these pillows and really liked them. You can more or less adjust the firmness by how much you fluff the stuffing. After deciding they were definitely our new favorite pillows, I put our old pillows (including an expensive feather pillow from Pottery Barn) on the guest bed. Recently, my parents came and spent the night and said the pillows on the guest bed were too soft. :( So I just ordered a couple more sets of these to put in our guest rooms!
