  Item is in perfect condition and exactly as described. I would consider using a different shipping company though. An estimated 3 day shipment from FL to VA with USPS ended up traveling to NJ from FL then across the country to CA then back across the country to PA and finally to VA 14 days later. Again, the tool is perfect but shipping was a let down.
