Product not working properly.
Got unit. Installed unit. Cycles on, gets cold, cycles off, then, stays off too long and allows items in freezer to thaw and ice to melt. The size/ guage of the coil is smaller than the original unit. Unable to confirm this unit was the exact replacement unit required. I need help correcting this problem, ASAP. Please advise so I can take appropriate steps ( replacement unit, return unit for new correct unit.) Also, control knob doesn't fit the unit.
