  Beware! Despite sellers feedback rating, transaction was excruciating. Item not as described! The label was torn and faded. Contacted seller and received runaround and constant dodging of questions. Seller unable to provide photos of labels condition. Seller would not take ownership and could honestly care less. Seller touted their feedback and years on eBay as a way to deter me. This seller is blind to customer satisfaction. Seller was given several options to make it right but I was ignored.

  I immediately offered his money back. He wanted to keep the bottle and glass, and wanted partial refund, but never would tell me how much he felt was fair. I asked, several times. He said the label was torn, but my packer confirmed, to me, that was not the case, when he packaged it for shipment. I will admit, after many messages telling me how terrible I was, I got a bit upset and was very glad when he finally decided to keep the pair, and he promised to leave the feedback as you see it.
