It works!
It works with my Dell Inspiron 5758 and boots up nicely from the 2nd HDD. This is all I wanted. The only drawback is that it's not flush with the side of the laptop and it very hard to be pulled out once it's set in place; you have to grab it firmly with some strong tweezers and pull it out.

It works
It does it's job. It's nice and tiny, fitting nicely in the pocket or bag.
Careful with the battery, it fits tightly and you can damage the battery cover. Clean the RJ contacts before the first use, you can get a faulty cable result on a good cable.

Not new, but working
Chips are not new, but most of them still work and can be re-programmed.
