Having a bunch of issues with this lapto...

Having a bunch of issues with this laptop regarding the windows 11 what’s installed on it. It has corrupt files and I’m working on repairing with sfcscannow commands. Reading on Microsoft forums and support and trying to fix it because is causing incompatibility hardware issues with a wired and wireless mouse, and different headsets. All of these caused by the corrupted operating system windows 11 Home Edition.
