Clear is better
I accidentally ordered the tinted version of this product, I wouldn't purchase this again, I much prefer the clear version.

Authentic Gretsch sound!
0 of 1 found this helpful Replaced the TV Jones Power Trons in my Gretsch Power Jet with these pickups, and no I am not crazy.
Now the guitar sounds like it should, like a Gretsch. If I want something that sounds like a Les Paul, I'll grab a Les Paul.
These pickups are very low output, but the clarity is amazing even at high gain settings. I can't believe the difference! I was looking for a change, but never expected such a dramatic improvement!
